Graditude, Inc. is a nonprofit incorporated in the State of Arizona. Graditude, Inc. does not have 501(c)3 status as of July 1st, 2020 but intends as of writing to file for tax-exempt status by the end of 2020.

Graditude, Inc. is an independent nonprofit that is not directly endorsed or sponsored by any third-party organization or university. Any use of typeface, imagery, brand names or email domains of third-party universities such as Dartmouth College or the Tuck School of Business on this website or in marketing communications do not convey or imply any such implicit or explicit endorsement from said institutions.

Graditude, Inc. is a student-run nonprofit founded at Dartmouth College in the Tuck Startup Incubator using a Founder's Grant awarded by the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship.
